Plastika changes legal status to a joint stock company

We beg to inform you that on the basis of a resolution of the General Meeting, our corporation Plastika, production cooperative, based in Kromeriz, Kaplanova 2830 has changed its legal form to joint stock company.

Our new corporate name and address is as follows:

with effect from 30^th June 2003.

Henceforth, we would like to ask you to send us orders, invoices and all correspondence, particularly tax invoices with above indicated corporate name.

We believe our mutual cooperation will continue as successfully as before.
