From September 24th to 26th, 2003, a recertification audit of the Quality Assurance System was conducted based on Standard ISO9001:2000 and Standard ISO/TS16949:2002.
The audit revealed that the process approach towards management is well applied, and that for the third year in a row, the chosen path taken by Plastika is the one leading to prosperity. The chosen model and map of processes were verified to be in accordance with the requirements of the standard, and all employees were proven to understand their role in individual process components. The auditors confirmed that the tradition of quality assurance and development of managerial approaches spanning over several years has significantly enabled the transformation of the entire management system to a process model based on the needs of the customer.
The closing report contains no instances of nonconformity.
