Road marker posts
Plastika makes and supplies road marker posts in accordance with the design and specifications laid down by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. The posts are made in two basic models - divided and non-divided with reflecting glass, or reflecting foil.
Non-divided road marker posts
Technology
The road marker posts are made from Polyethylene by various methods, according to the type of the post.
Non-divided (compact) road marker posts
The upper portion is form-injected and the bottom portion is made by an extrusion method. Both parts are firmly connected by a surface-injected layer.
Divided road marker posts
The interior portion of the road sign is made by blow-moulding. The upper parts of the post are form-injected and the bottom portion is made by extrusion. The parts are connected together by plastic rivets.
